All of our classes are created to be safe and inclusive while applying the traditional 8-limbs
of yoga.  You may see improvements in your strength, balance, flexibility, stress-reduction,
energy level, and much more with a regular yoga practice!

Sunrise Yoga:  Our early-morning class is geared for the tired, just-waking-up body.  We
blend Vinyasa (flowing) movements with longer-held postures to invigorate the body, mind,
and spirit for the day.  This class also has components of stress-relief, meditation
(mindfulness), and restorative  yoga postures.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga:  Vinyasa Yoga means “to place in a special way”.  It can also be
described as movement into stillness, or meditation in motion.  We create progressively
deepening flowing sequences to generate physical health, fitness, and centered
mindfulness.
Level  I/II:  Active, yet gentle.  This class is appropriate for most people.  Modifications will
be given.  Expect to sweat & have FUN!
Level II/III:  High-intensity yoga in a heated room.  We begin to explore deeper inversions
and fun arm balances.  Pre-requisite is “Intro to Yoga” and 2 months Vinyasa experience if
you are unfamiliar with this class.

Gentle Yoga:  Gentle sequences intended to help the body become more mobile,
balanced, strong, and healthy.  We utilize yoga props to make this class accessible to
EVERYONE.  This class allows the mind to soften and de-stress.  Restorative yoga is
frequently used to help the body heal itself through mindful rest.

Flow & Let Go Yoga:  A beautiful blend of Vinyasa yoga and Restorative (gentle) yoga.  
Flowing postures guide us into blissful restorative yoga postures.  Props are used
throughout class.  This class is appropriate for anybody.

Intro To Yoga:  A weekly, 1-month workshop to give you all the basics needed to feel
comfortable in any of our basic yoga classes.  No experience necessary.  This class is
appropriate for everybody.

Monkey Yoga:  Yoga for kids of all ages.  FUN, FUN, FUN!  Learn all the animal poses,
play yoga games, get healthy & fit, learn relaxation techniques to teach your parents!!!  
Parents FREE.

Prenatal Yoga:  For all the mamas-to-be (partners welcome)!  Gentle, energizing, safe,
and fun.  This is a great preparatory class for your pregnancy, birth, and beyond.  No yoga
experience necessary.

Yoga For Everyone:  Just as the name implies!  Come, try it, have fun!!!

ZUMBA®:  Fusing hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-
kind fitness program that will blow you away.  Experience an absolute blast in one exciting
hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and
captivate!
