ON THE GENTLE SIDE
Gentle Yoga: Gentle sequences
intended to help the body become more
mobile, balanced, strong, and healthy.
We utilize yoga props to make this class
accessible to EVERYONE. This class
allows the mind to soften and de-stress.
Gentle Flow: Similar to above, but with
more motion. We may practice seated,
standing, or some of each. Appropriate
for anyone.
Prenatal Yoga: Just what you'd guess!
Appropriate for all stages of pregnancy
and beyond. Friends and family are
welcome to join class, too!
ON THE ACTIVE SIDE
Yoga for Everyone: A multi-leveled yoga
class designed with you in mind.
Typically a bit on the active side, but don't
be surprised when we get out the
bolsters and renew and restore!
Flow Yoga: Movement with the breath.
This class is appropriate for most
people. Modifications will be given.
Expect to sweat & have FUN!
Dynamic Flow: High-intensity yoga in a
heated room. We begin to explore
deeper inversions and fun arm balances.
Strongly suggested minimum 2+
months Flow Yoga experience or
equivalent.
